Felderer AG: Setting the course for the future
At the meeting of the supervisory board of Felderer AG on April 5, 2018, the following forward-looking decisions were taken under the leadership of Lutz Reuter (chairman):
The Management Board contract of Raimund Schmalzl (57) was prematurely extended by 4 years. Raimund Schmalzl has been responsible for the entire sales department for all Felderer branches at Felderer for 20 years.
Hannes Natterer (37) has been appointed as a new member of the executive board of Felderer AG. Hannes Natterer is responsible for purchasing, costing and business development.
Hannes Natterer has been working for Felderer for 17 years and initially held various positions in sales. Most recently, as authorized signatory of the company, he was responsible for the reorganization and establishment of various departments.
With the 2017 financial year, Felderer successfully completed the necessary integration of the Mülheim/Ruhr, Nuremberg, Hockenheim, Stuttgart and Gießen branches and the necessary restructuring and organisational adjustments throughout the company.
The implemented measures had the expected effect on the cost and revenue structure in the past fiscal year.
The rising, earnings-oriented sales trend with optimized costs continued in the first quarter of 2018. The company achieved record sales and earnings in this period.
Felderer AG is starting the further course of 2018 with corresponding optimism.
Felderer AG is a leading manufacturer of air ducts, trading partner for brand components in ventilation technology and an efficient project logistics provider. The company is present in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse and is a member of the HTH Group. With almost 200 employees, Felderer AG generated a turnover of €60 million.
