Two new direct members at BTGA
The BTGA – Bundesindustrieverband Technische Gebäudeausrüstung e.V. could welcome two new member companies on federal level at its presidency meeting at the beginning of September 2017 in Trier: Calvias GmbH and Daldrop + Dr.Ing.Huber GmbH + Co. KG. Members of the BTGA can be companies in building and supply engineering whose business activities are national or include international activities to a not inconsiderable extent.
Calvias GmbH, with its headquarters in Trier, has been bundling medium-sized technical building equipment companies into a high-performance group in a holding company since the beginning of 2016. The holding company consists of Sperber GmbH, LAG GmbH, Neuefeind GmbH and Krämer GmbH with a total of 400 employees and a consolidated annual performance of currently approx. 80 million euros. The Calvias Group sees itself as a reliable partner both in the implementation of projects of all sizes at TGA and in the areas of maintenance and service.
“Innovative developments, especially in the field of technical building equipment in general and clean room technology in particular, require superordinate, interdisciplinary activities”, added Josef Oswald, Managing Partner of Daldrop + Dr.Ing.Huber GmbH + Co. KG. The company is headquartered in Neckartailfingen. Since its foundation in 1953, the company has been active in ventilation and air-conditioning technology. Since 1980 Daldrop + Dr.Ing.Huber concentrates on the planning, delivery and assembly as well as on the qualification of plants for clean room technology.
“The two new member companies, the Calvias Group and Daldrop + Dr.Ing.Huber, strengthen the diversity of the medium-sized membership structure of the BTGA”, emphasized Günther Mertz, Managing Director of BTGA. “For us as a federal industry association, it is important that such important companies strengthen our association policy work and give the entire BTGA organisation forward-looking impulses in the association strategy.
